Choose to create a new wallet and carefully write down your recovery seed on the backup card. Keep it offline and private.

Set a device PIN, confirm your backup, then you’re ready to receive, send, and manage crypto with confidence.

What do I need to set up my Trezor?+

Your Trezor device, the included USB cable, and a computer or compatible phone with internet access. You’ll also need a safe place to store your offline recovery backup.

Where should I download Trezor Suite?+

Download Suite only from the official Trezor website at trezor.io/trezor-suite. Never install software from links in unsolicited messages or search ads.

What is a recovery seed?+

It is the offline backup that can restore access to your wallet if your device is lost or damaged. Write it down on paper, store it securely, and never photograph or share it.

Can Trezor Support recover my seed?+

No. Your recovery seed is yours alone. Trezor Support will never ask you to enter or share it, and cannot restore it for you.
